Grievance Redressal Cell
The Grievance Redressal Cell provides a structured mechanism for students, faculty or staff
to lodge concerns, complaints or grievances related to academic, administrative or
infrastructural matters. The objectives of the Cell are:
- To ensure timely and fair handling of grievances in an impartial manner.
- To maintain confidentiality of the complainant and protect against victimisation.
- To monitor the progress of grievance handling, and escalate to higher authorities if
required.
Any individual with a genuine grievance may submit a written application. The Cell
reviews the grievance, holds meetings as needed, and communicates the outcome to
the complainant within a reasonable time.
